
A light weight and thin wooden spatula made by Tom Freund. A local self taught wood worker here in Tucson AZ. These are made with hard exotic woods that can take a beating. He makes his pieces from sourced scrap wood from other local makers. The perfect way to make his pieces sustainable!
Each spatula has a slight slant at the top to create that perfect angle for cooking. They are finished in a food grade oil.

Care: Hand wash with warm water and dish soap. Wipe dry. If it looks a little dry rub some board balm sold in the shop or food grade mineral oil on them to make them last a life time.
The artist: Tom Freund is a self employed woodworking that started his craft in 1970. He has had pieces shown in galleries across the US and now resides in Tucson Az where he takes his kitchen treasures to the local farmers markets to sell.
