The set features a large, beautifully grained round walnut outer tray—perfect for lining up crackers, fruits, and charcuterie meats. Tucked neatly into the center is a thick, independent, removable staved walnut cheese-cutting block. The block allows people to slice hard cheeses or sausages without scratching the main tray.
The original Gerber knife is not included with this set. However, the center block features a dedicated built-in slot where you can house your own favorite vintage cheese knife, or use the opening to easily lift out the center block.

Condition: Minor surface wear and light utensil marks from previous love. I have resealed it with a food safe balm.
